EXCHANGE POLICY

I. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

· The product must remain in its original condition, including brand tags and any accompanying accessories (if any), without any alterations, stains, chemical exposure, washing, unusual odors, or signs of use.
· A purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
· In the case of an exchange, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

II. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR EXCHANGE SUPPORT

DMERS offers free exchanges in the following cases:
· The product has a manufacturing defect.
· DMERS delivers the wrong model, size, or an incomplete order compared to the original purchase.

In addition, DMERS supports exchanges upon customer request:
· Size exchange: The requested size must still be available in stock. The customer is responsible for both-way shipping fees and any additional costs (if applicable).
· Exchange for another product:
 – If the new product has a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
 – If the new product has a lower value, DMERS will not refund the difference.
 – The customer is responsible for both-way shipping fees and any additional costs (if applicable).

III. EXCHANGE PERIOD AND METHODS

· Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.
· Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
· Exchanges can be made directly at DMERS Pop-up Store or online via our fanpage, website, or hotline.

IV. CASES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

DMERS reserves the right to refuse exchanges in the following cases:
· The product has been used, had its tag removed, washed, stained, torn, or damaged due to customer handling.
· If no feedback is received within 48 hours after the product is delivered, the order will be considered completed.
· The product is part of a sale, promotion, or gift program (except for manufacturing defects).
· The customer does not comply with DMERS’s exchange process or conditions.

V. NOTES

· DMERS only supports product exchanges; refunds are not available under any circumstances.
· For products purchased via e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok), exchanges will follow the respective platform’s policies.
